INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 vanilla carb master yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Blueberry Cinnamon Bun Cashew Butter
  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar free whipped cream
  • 1 cup of ice

METHOD

  1. Add all of your ingredients to your favorite blender and blend until creamy!
  2. Top with Sugar Free Whipped Cream
